Lighthouse Writers’ Lit Fest 2022

Live recording of Colorado Public Radio’s “Turn The Page” show, hosted by Ryan Warner and featuring author Erika Krouse, at Lighthouse Writers Workshop 2022 Lit Fest, Denver, Colorado. (I’m that pink dot in the middle of the pic!)

Last week I had the great pleasure to attend some events at the Lighthouse Writers Workshop’s 2022 Lit Fest! Such a wonderful community of creatives that felt inclusive and accessible. I had the honor of hearing the live recording of Ryan Warner’s interview with Erika Krouse for “Turn the Page” on Colorado Public Radio; the Writing In Color reading of BIPOC creatives; a reading and Q&A with authors Jericho Brown (poetry), Vanessa Hua (fiction), and Leslie Jamison (creative nonfiction); and the Queer Creatives reading that included my dear Brie Love! I also shopped a little at the Matter pop-up bookstore, limiting myself to only two books because my to-read stack is utterly egregious. I meant to go to more events even virtually, but work and move-in tasks abounded. Next year!!
